SHIPPING
When will my order Ship?
We ship throughout Canada and the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within BC, and 5–10 business days for the rest of Canada and the US. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. Standard shipping rates start at $15.

What is your Exchange Policy?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
When will I receive my Refund?
If your return is approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your order. If that happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our candles are made with 100% soy wax, phthalate free fragrance oils, and cotton wicks for a clean and even burn.
Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes, all of our products are vegan friendly and never tested on animals.
